We hope you enjoy your award and want you to know that your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive an incorrect item or merchandise damaged in transit, we will accept the return shipping costs. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment at the time of delivery, if possible. If a damaged package is accepted, it should be kept in its original shipping carton and the Service Award Center should be contacted within 7 days of delivery.
