A: Please click on the years of service you are celebrating. This allows you to view the awards at that level. You can also click on the item itself to view a larger image, see a more detailed description, and access ordering information. "Home” takes you back to the main landing page. "Contact us” provides the service award phone number, email address, and a form for submitting questions. “Returns” explains what to do if you need to return or exchange your item. “Shipping Policy/Info” explains how and when your item will ship. “Order Status/History” shows your order information, if placed. "FAQs" takes you to this page.
Q: What if I do not see an item in my year level that I’d like to order?
A: The gifts at all levels below your current anniversary level are also available for selection.
Q: How do I order my personal gift?
A: Once you click on the item to view the larger image and more detailed information, there is a ‘button’ that reads Add to Cart. Click this, and it will walk you through the rest of the process for entering your shipping address, phone #, and email address for order and shipping confirmations. Q: How soon will my personal gift be delivered?
A: It will be shipped via UPS to the address provided within 2 to 3 business days if in stock and within 6 to 8 weeks if not in stock.
Q: How do I obtain the status of my personal gift order?
A: Log back into your account on this website, contact the Service Award Center at 800-964-6308, or email at BeamServiceAwards@cfjmfg.com.
Q: What do I do if there is a problem with my personal gift?
A: If a gift arrives damaged or broken, please call the award center at 800-964-6308 to obtain a Return Authorization shipping label. Please obtain all original packing and shipping materials as you will need this for the return. Attach the shipping label to the outer packaging and submit to your local UPS store, agent, driver, or drop-box.
Q: Is there a statute of limitations on when I can request a past award?
A: You have one year from your actual service anniversary to order your personal gift.
Q: What is the warranty on my award?
A: All jewelry items (excluding watches) carry a lifetime warranty against workmanship defects. All other items carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. For help facilitating this warranty, please call the award center for assistance if needed.
Q: My anniversary was last month and I did not receive the personalized framed certificate. Who should I contact?

Q: How long do I have to redeem my Service Award?
A: Employees can order up to one year past their anniversary date. After that, they forfeit the opportunity.
